Pricing auto-calculation needs a price column in policy_templates. Add one (recommended):
ALTER TABLE policy_templates ADD COLUMN price_per_traveler DECIMAL(10,2) DEFAULT 0, ADD COLUMN base_price DECIMAL(10,2) DEFAULT 0;
If you don’t add it, the booking will be submitted as “Quote required” (amount = 0).
