4. SUBSCRIPTION FEES & COMMISSIONS

• Service Providers pay a monthly or annual subscription to list their services.
• Afrosand Group Limited does not charge commissions on bookings (unless otherwise stated).
• Failure to renew a subscription may result in deactivation of listings.

5. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

• Some bookings may require direct payment to the Service Provider.
• Others may require upfront payment via the Afrosand platform, depending on integration.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by individual service policies as shown on listings.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, logos, and branding are the property of Afrosand Group Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without written consent.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Afrosand Group Limited shall not be liable for inaccuracies in listings submitted by Service Providers;

8. SHAREHOLDER & INTERNAL BUSINESS DISCLOSURE
